I drove up to Tomales Bay with friends to enjoy some oysters at Hog Island and as we were sitting at the picnic table I noticed the fog rolling over the hill side across the bay. I thought this tree stood out but it was at quite a distance. I snuck away for a few minutes and managed to take this shot with a 600mm setup; 300mm with a 2x teleconvertor.
