Sometimes it’s difficult to get a shot looking down Pier 14 without people walking in front of your camera, particularly within the limited twilight time. Since it opens at 7am, dawn twilight is only possible a few days a year. I used a 3-stop ND Filter and merged a three exposure in HDR at +/-1.
